Whey protein concentrate
Whey protein concentrate is made from fresh, pasteurised whey, which originates from cheese production. The whey is concentrated, ultra-filtered, and then spray-dried. Whey protein concentrate is available with protein contents of 35 to 80%. The product corresponds with the standards and regulations for food safety and Codex Alimentarius. In consultation with you, it is possible to develop special, custom made blends, specific to your needs and production applications. Think in this respect of requirements such as viscosity, free fat, processability, non-dairy protein additions and price. We offer the possibility to produce these products from both liquid as well as dry form, depending on use and application.
