Whey protein concentrate is made from fresh, pasteurised whey, which originates from cheese production. The whey is concentrated, ultra-filtered, and then spray-dried. Whey protein concentrate is available with protein contents of 35 to 80%. The product corresponds with the standards and regulations for food safety and Codex Alimentarius.
